We had a fantastic GTS at Stone Mountain on Saturday. I always forget how beautiful it is there. Thanks to all that came out!

One of the most devastating things to happen to a runner or walker is to get injured prior to their big race. This Saturday we will be having our Injury Prevention Clinic. Dr. Charles Peebles from the Atlanta Foot and Ankle Center will be giving you all the tips you need to remain injury free. Dr. Peebles is one of the premier doctors in Atlanta that works with runners and walkers. Please come and take advantage of him!
